A request for due dates on invoices - it is inconvenient those can only be set globally. It seems like YM could add a due date field to products so we could tie it to invoices with a macro pretty easily.
Ideally, it would also tie to events, but I know the connection between events and products is already a little less than ideal.

10/24 BluePay Gateway Scheduled Maintenance

On Monday, October 24, CardConnect will be performing maintenance to the BluePay gateway, beginning at 11:00PM EST. There is nothing that you need to do to prepare for the maintenance and this notification is informational only.
While downtime should be minimal, there will be a momentary processing impact, which is expected to last for only a few minutes.
During this brief window, CardConnect recommends withholding any card and/or ACH processing, otherwise you may be required to reprocess. Staff and users/members may receive an error message when trying to process a payment during the maintenance window. Users will see a ‘declined’ notification if their payment is unable to go through as a result of the maintenance. Staff and users/members will need to re-try a payment if it doesn’t go through.

Estimated Duration: 15 minutes or less
Components Impacted: BluePay Gateway (Transaction Processing, APIs, Web Interface, Settlement, 3rd Party Services, Transaction Notification) and Web Interface, APIs.

Oh wow that is fantastic news!!!! I missed that update so thanks for letting me know! It may not help this particular client but I can see it being really helpful for anyone using a third party event tool or even expologic to send data back to YM. For now I think this client will be importing their list directly into Zoom and managing without the data in YM, or using the Activity Log.

Hi Amy,To duplicate/copy campaigns, I agree with you. However, what I've been told from YM and what I do is I create the campaign as a template that you can then duplicate/copy how ever many times you'd like. You can also have unlimited templates, so there isn't an issue of worrying about space. If I understand correctly, you can't duplicate the campaign itself because the analytics are tied directly to that specific campaign; however, the templates are free game! This should help, at least, a little bit for now!YES! We need to be able to see campaign for a longer period of time. I 100% percent agree with you on making it at least 13 months. This would be fantastic!And yes, having a choice of how many automated renewal messages would be ideal as well.

Surveys Displaying in the Online Community Digests

It would be helpful to add functionality to surveys to prevent them from appearing in the daily and weekly digests. I generally create the survey when I create the event and keep the survey as active. The only people who will receive the survey are event attendees either through an email from me or through the end page on a Zoom event. This morning when I received my weekly digest, my survey for an event on July 28th was there. This is problematic because it is alerting an entire community vs. attendees only which makes the survey unscientific and also because the event hasn't even happened.
It seem like there should be an enhancement that asks the question whether you want the survey to be included in digests.
I did select that the survey not be included in snapshots which you think would be intuitive that I wouldn't want it in the digest.

We are in the process of migrating to YM and need a way to export dues revenue as deferred income monthly to Oracle. We currently recognize revenue based on the member's anniversary date and accrue it over 12 months. Is there a way to do this from YM?
