Right that is the whole reason it would be nice to be able to move invoices individually because I have this person who was a primary contact for this company membership, she must have moved on to another company and joined PLTA as the primary contact for another company. So while I don't want to move the first 2 membership invoices, I wanted to move the last 4 to the new primary contact of the company. So what I actually did was made pdfs of the membership invoices and attach them under her "Additional Info" tab. I then transferred the invoices to the new person and deleted the 2 invoices that weren't hers. I still feel that we should be able to move individual membership invoices so that we have a better paper trail for membership.

Hi Bethany, thank you for the suggestion! There is typically a link to the Resource Manager located in the upper right hand corner of the Editor -- it's a blue link that says "Upload a File." This link will open the Resource Manager in a new window for you to upload new files or images. The exception to this is when you're editing Custom Pages or Content Areas, because you're within the "Content & Settings" tab already which is where a link to the Resource Manager also lives. Is there a specific feature that you've been using that doesn't have a shortcut link located above the editor?

Pay multiple invoice by credit card

Just chiming in to say this is on our wishlist as well! As an association for educators, we have many members who are married couples that pay their dues together or sometimes parents who pay their dues as well as their child's student member dues. When they send us a check they expect to see a single charge for that amount in their bank account, not 2 separate charges that don't correlate to their records. We end up depositing the physical check and just "recording" it in YM, but of course that just delays it clearing on their end since we only do bank deposits a couple of times/month. On a related note, we should be able to transfer a single invoice between profiles instead of only having the option to move all of them. There are times that dues are accidentally processed on the wrong profile (the couples situation mentioned above) and it would be much simpler to just transfer that transaction and adjust expiration dates manually than have to log into the payment processor to void/refund the transaction and do it all over again on the correct profile, not to mention the extra transactions on the customer end as a result.

I agree with the previous comment by T. Soto. As a YM consultant, many of our clients are frustrated with the ongoing task of managing duplicate records, especially when there are member types available at 0 cost which makes it easy for a member to just create a new account instead of trying to recover the existing one. The feature on events to automatically link non-member registrations to a member account is very helpful, but in the case of a member spelling their name differently, it creates more of a headache to merge profiles. This has been a hot topic among our clients for awhile. Where does the YM Product team stand on this nowadays?

Hi Caraly, thank you for this suggestion! You can actually update the "Forgot Password" page by navigating to Content & Settings > Content Management > Content Areas. From here, locate the content area titled "Member Login - Forgot Password." You will have the ability to adjust the text that appears on the page so that your members know that the email may have been sent to their junk folder and to whitelist your "from" email address. At this time, there isn't a way to include their email address as a Macro in the page, but updating the default text they see may still be very helpful!
