Make the Export Label on a custom field export to a file, not the Field Name, when the query is created in Exports & Reporting.

Currently, the Export Label only actually exports to a file when it is run from Directory & CRM. When exporting from Exports & Reporting, the Field Name is exported (this info is not included in the "info/help" when creating/editing the fields.)

We have demographic fields that were created to be user-friendly and contain a lot of text.  For example:

Field Name:    What is the size of the organization your work for?
Export Label:  Org_Size

When created thru Exports & Reporting, the Field Name (our question) is exported to a file instead of the Export Label.  Seeing "Org_Size" in an Excel file would be a lot easier than seeing the question.

Directory & CRM can only be used for simple querying, so we rely heavily on creating custom reports in Exports & Reporting. 

Changing the file after it is exported is time consuming or can't be done if the report is scheduled to be sent to staff, leadership, and /or vendors.
