We have set up a private group for our BOD to use, adoption is hit-or-miss. A document collaboration feature would be VERY helpful in getting our board members to use this group. We love the idea of having a single repository where all of the materials for a particular board meeting can reside. Another thing that is a bit awkward is that as a super-admin of our site, I have access to the BOD group, which is really NOT appropriate for our organization. I know I would be more comfortable if there was a way to make that group *truly* private and ONLY accessible by the members in it.
