10/24 BluePay Gateway Scheduled Maintenance
On Monday, October 24, CardConnect will be performing maintenance to the BluePay gateway, beginning at 11:00PM EST. There is nothing that you need to do to prepare for the maintenance and this notification is informational only.
While downtime should be minimal, there will be a momentary processing impact, which is .
During this brief window, CardConnect recommends withholding any card and/or ACH processing, otherwise you may be required to reprocess. Staff and users/members may receive an error message when trying to process a payment during the maintenance window. Users will see a ‘declined’ notification if their payment is unable to go through as a result of the maintenance. Staff and users/members will need to re-try a payment if it doesn’t go through.
