Campaigns

I just read another post that reminded me of another enhancement that YM could make.  In campaigns, it would be helpful to be able to duplicate/copy campaigns.  When I promote our events the copy changes very little from week to week, but I have to go through the work of setting up a completely new campaign each time.  I can copy/duplicate events, surveys, etc.  Please consider adding this functionality to campaigns. I think it would be especially helpful as I consider adding more renewal notifications to our process.

Another helpful item in campaigns would be the ability to see them longer.  Right now after 3-6 months I can no longer view a campaign.  I realize there might be space issues with keeping all past campaigns accessible, but I would suggest keeping 13 months ov campaigns at least viewable so that you are not recreating the wheel each year on an annual event/trigger.

And finally, that first one reminded me of another enhancement that would be helpful to me.  More automated renewal messages.  There's currently only the ability for 3.  In a perfect world, I'd like 5.  But even having 4 would be helpful.

Thanks!

Hi Amy,

To duplicate/copy campaigns, I agree with you. However, what I've been told from YM and what I do is I create the campaign as a template that you can then duplicate/copy how ever many times you'd like. You can also have unlimited templates, so there isn't an issue of worrying about space. If I understand correctly, you can't duplicate the campaign itself because the analytics are tied directly to that specific campaign; however, the templates are free game! This should help, at least, a little bit for now!

YES! We need to be able to see campaign for a longer period of time. I 100% percent agree with you on making it at least 13 months. This would be fantastic!

And yes, having a choice of how many automated renewal messages would be ideal as well.
