Contact form spam
All kinds of other forms via YM at least have the option to add a validation to prevent spam. Why not the contact us form? The solution presented (turn the contact form off for a few days) is just not effective or good customer service. https://support.yourmembership.com/hc/en-us/articles/202639224?flash_digest=dd36c4add06987e8c08fc61759a2469cf74af730

I couldn't agree more, we need a more robust CAPTCHA v2 or similar to prevent the bots... I currently have a ticket in with YM Support also as I have received over 300+ spam emails in the last month and a half.  I have done the suggested 'turn off the Contact Form for a few days' but it started up again the moment I turned it back on.  I get approximately 6-10 spam emails a day, which is very frustrating.  I have requested they keep my ticket open until their Development Team comes up with a better solution.

Same here, 6 to 10 a day. Turning the contact form off for a few days is useless.

We turned it off permanently. Too much spam. We have all our contact infor on our website, if members really need to reach us.

We don't use contact forms either, but had to leave it on because there is a link to it in the YM legal portion of the website.  Occasionally, someone would contact us via the form and we couldn't figure out how they found it!  It turns out there is a "contact us" link in the password reset the customer receives.  And YM clients do not have control over that portion of the email.

So clearly this hasn't been fixed which is unfortunate. YM please implement something better to prevent this from happening.

I just wanted to follow-up my previous rant to say 'thank you YM!!'.... since you introduced reCAPTCHA, I have not received any spam emails - hooray!
